Penny Y. Haye, an experienced litigator, has twenty years of legal experience. She graduated Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University of School of Law in 2000.


She frequently appears in Justice, County, and District Courts as well as Federal Court and has a number of appearances in the Third Court of Appeals. She handles cases in most Central Texas counties, including Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Burnet, and Caldwell counties.

Ms. Haye is a member of the Austin Bar Association, Williamson County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and American Bar Association. She volunteers with the Austin Mentoring Committee, Bench Bar Committee, Veterans’ Project Legal Advice Clinic, Texas Rio Grande Legal Aide, and Volunteer Legal Services.
